By an order dated 8 June 2026 this Court had directed service on the alleged contemnor and the matter was made returnable today. In view of the flagrant disregard with the earlier order of Court, CPAN 587 of 2025 in WPA 29135 of 2023 stands dismissed.

It is obvious that the petitioner has neither regard nor respect for the orders passed by Court and there is no seriousness in proceeding with this application. There is also no Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner.
