( Via Video Conference ) akb Mr. Arun Khutia ...For the Petitioner Inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated April 30, 2021 which are corrected as under :- The cause title, "Md. Abou Talha" appearing at the top of the said order be substituted by the cause title "Abou Talha".

The year of "ROPA, 2009" appearing in the 8th line of paragraph 2 at page 1 of the said order be substituted by the year of "ROPA, 2019".

The date "01.04.2018" appearing in the 7th line of paragraph 2 at page 2 of the said order be substituted by the date "14.02.2020".

The order dated April 30, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated April 30, 2021.

Certified copy of the order dated April 30, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
