Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed on 11th July, 2020, in connection with F.I.R. no.130 of 2020, dated 1st March, 2020. In view of record of submissions above, the writ petition, along with connected application, are disposed of.
