A report has been submitted by the State which reflects that Nabadwip PS Case No. 186 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 was registered for investigation. The report also speaks that medical report was collected and arrest was also effected upon the FIR named accused persons.

Having considered that steps have been taken at the relevant point of time, I direct the police authorities that if the investigation till date has not been

completed, they will put in efforts so that the investigation of the case reaches to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8161 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
