And In Re : Gour Ghosh @ Sujal Ghosh & Anr.

...... petitioners Ms. Sananda Bhattacharya ....for the petitioners Mr. Atif Ahmed Siddiqui ....for the State In an incident of assault, the victim suffered grievous hurt.

Considering the nature of injury suffered by such victim as appearing from the injury report and considering the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1446 of 2023 is dismissed.
