Ms. Sreyshee Biswas Mr. Md. Kutubuddin .....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The dispute between the private parties are purely civil in nature. An absurd allegation has been made that the petitioners had created fake documents to get claim ownership of land. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and submits that the petitioners are the associates of the other accused in preparing and using such fake deed. An application for anticipatory bail filed by the co-accused was rejected by this Court on 10.04.2025 in CRM (A) 1075 of 2025.

In view of the materials contained in the case diary and the fact that the co-accused who were substantially similarly placed were denied the benefit of anticipatory bail, I find that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
