Petitioner has approached this Court for demolition of illegal construction.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.6 is present.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate, appears for the State.

Having regard to the fact that the civil court is already in seisin of the issue, I am of the view that, at this stage, there is no scope for the police authorities to interfere without a direction from the civil court.

In view of the aforesaid, no interference is called for. Petitioner, if so advised, will approach the civil court with appropriate prayers.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8167 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
