Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate for the State has submitted the progress report pursuant to which it seems that the investigation is in progress.

The report reflects that certain other materials have been collected by the investigating agency. The report be kept with the record.

Having considered the prayer which was advanced before this Court for quashing of the charge-sheet at the instance of the present petitioner, I am of the view that as the investigation is under progress, no interference is called for at this stage.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the supplementary charge-sheet, if any, is submitted before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1059 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
