Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that his client wants to assail this order before the appellate tribunal and prays to withdraw the revisional application.

Considering such prayer of Mr. Mitra, the revisional application being C.O. 1151 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is, however, made clear that this order will not prevent the petitioner to challenge the order impugned before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The connected application being C.A.N.

4299 of 2020 is disposed of.

Affidavit-in-opposition to the application filed by the opposite party be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
