Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was granted relief under the relevant provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violation Act, 2005. As the other side did not comply with this order, she was constrained to file an execution case being MEX No.557 of 2023 in connection with Misc. Case No.63 of 2020. But, till date, the matter could not be disposed of. The other side is not appearing.

As a prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of a proceeding, no prejudice will be caused if an order is passed without directing service of notice upon the other side. In view of the delay in disposal of the execution case, the learned Magistrate is requested to conclude the proceeding in the Misc. Execution Case in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible after taking steps for appearance of the other side.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
