The writ petitioner has been protected by an order dated September 28, 2016 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purulia in Misc. Case No. 208 of 2016.

The writ petitioner submits that notwithstanding the aforesaid order, she has been forcefully dispossessed from her property on December 26, 2020 at about 6 pm by the private respondents.

The writ petitioner was staying in the said premises, inter alia, in terms of the order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purulia. Since the CJM has already dealt with the matter and the right of the petitioner for accommodation in the

said premises, the petitioner shall approach the CJM, Purulia to seek enforcement of the said order, if still in operation.

The Officer-in-Charge, Purulia Town Police Station shall expeditiously complete investigation into the FIR No. 147 of 2020 dated December 27, 2020, preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

In the event, the petitioner applies for police protection, the Officer-in-Charge, Purulia Town Police Station shall assist the petitioner to live in peace.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The instructions dated 4.7.2021 is taken on record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
