The petitioners are alleging that one Sri Purajan Pramanik, the respondent no. 7 herein has encroached upon the public land and has put up construction thereon. The petitioners are praying removal of the said encroachment. A representation of the petitioners to the said effect dated December 04, 2024 being Annexure - 'P4' to the writ petition is pending consideration before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tamluk Sub Division, District - Purba Medinipur, the respondent no. 5 herein.

The petitioners are praying disposal of the said representation.

The respondent no. 5 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law after giving all concerned opportunity of hearing as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 8092 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
