His engagement may be regularised by the concerned authorities. Copy of the revisional application be served upon Mr. Ganguly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is an accused in this case. The FIR was lodged and a charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2019. Charges were framed under Sections 498A/406/384/323/ 506/34 IPC in 2024. Yet, the proceeding has not been concluded. The next date is fixed before the trial court on 03.02.2026. Very long dates are being fixed. The proceeding is pending for no fault of the petitioner.

As a prayer has been made to expedite the proceeding, no prejudice will be caused to anyone if an order is passed without serving notice to the other side.

It appears that there is some delay in concluding the proceeding and long dates are being fixed.

In view of the above, the trial court is requested to conclude the proceeding in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties and by fixing shorter dates.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
