TINKU BHOWMIK Mr. Devipriya Mitra Ms. Juin Dutta Chakraborty ..for the petitioner In this revisional application, the petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 435 of 2018, pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 5th Court, Alipore District South 24 Parganas. It is submitted that an interlocutory application is also pending before the learned Court below.

Under such circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that justice would be sub-served if the learned Court below is directed to dispose of the pending application as also the title suit expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. The learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law and on own merits. This court has not gone into the issues involved.

Once the application is disposed of, the learned Court below shall proceed expeditiously with the

disposal of the title suit.

This revisional application is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. There will be however no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties on priority basis, if the same is applied for.
