Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that on 16-09-2021 warrant of arrest was issued. On 15-12-2021 warrant, proclamation and attachment was issued against the present petitioner by the learned Special Judge under the NDPS Act cum ADJ, 5th court, Berhampore, Murshidabad and on 16-12-2021 the case was filed against the petitioner and the learned Judge, Special Court decided to split up the trial. Report reflects that the trial of the case is in progress and date has been fixed for examination of the accused persons for facing the trial under Section 313 CrPC.

Having regard to the stage at which the case has reached and as the petitioner approached this court, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order or the proceedings. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1291 of 2024 is dismissed.
