Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that she do not Ct no.34 intend to proceed with the present revisional application. Having regard to the prayers so advanced, the revisional application being CRR 1298 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed. Connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate upon the same being replaced by a Photostat copy. It is directed further directed that since the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta has issued Notification No. 687-RG dated 03-02-2023, no affirmation in respect of any application be allowed to be notarized and the same should affirmed before the Oath Commissioner.
