In compliance with the direction passed by this Court on May 01, 2023, Mr. Dibendu Pal, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Dsitrict-Nadia, the respondent no. 2 herein, is personally present before me.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned Senior Government Advocate, submits that the opinion expressed by the respondent no. 2 in his letter dated March 20, 2023 addressed to the respondent no. 3 regarding the length of the service of the deceased husband of the petitioner is on the basis of the entries in the PPO of the said deceased teacher but inadvertently, he has stated in the said letter that the period of service of the said teacher in Mahishbathan Manoj Mohan Vidyamandir (HS) from April 19, 1976 to June 14, 1981 be included in the PPO in terms of the order passed by this Court on March 02, 2023.

2, through Mr.

Chattopadhyay tenders his unconditional apology for

his such act, the apology is accepted with the advice to exercise caution in similar situation in future, further appearance of the respondent no. 2 is dispensed with.

The revised PPO since has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition.

WPA 7759 of 2022 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
