Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the case relates to alleged recovery of 3619 bottles of Wincerex Cough Syrup. Petitioner is in custody for 1 year 8 months. Till date, only CSW1 has been partly examined. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail as huge quantity of contraband has been seized. Having considered the quantum of seizure, petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court after the evidence of seizure list witnesses are over.

At this stage, CRM(NDPS) 704 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
