The petitioner's application for transfer was originally barred by the 10% Rule.

Counsel for the School now submits that the 10% Rule may not be applicable to the request for transfer any more in light of changed circumstances and no objection to the petitioner's transfer shall be considered in the next Managing Committee meeting. In the event the Managing Committee has no objection to the petitioner's transfer, the same shall be duly noted in a certificate and forwarded to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) expeditiously for further processing.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
