Today also there is no representation neither on behalf of the petitioner nor the opposite party.

Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel present in court is appointed to represent the State in the present case. Her appointment be regularized by the competent authority.

The present revision has been preferred praying for condonation of delay by an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the point before the appropriate forum. Revisional application being CRR 1084 of 2020 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
