In view of the order passed in CRM (SB) 66 of 2023, I am of the view that no further order is required to be passed in respect of the prayer for cancellation of bail. The order passed in CRM (SB) 66 of 2023 would be covered in respect of the present application for cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, CRM (SB) 67 of 2023 is disposed of. The Investigating Officer of the case is present before this Court. His further appearance before this Court is dispensed with. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
