Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the medical report of the victim, the age of the victim and her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the age of the victim and her medical report and considering the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM (DB) 1156 of 2022 is rejected.
