He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Pan Card of one of the victims and cash were recovered from the petitioner. Bail prayer of co-accused Najumul Mondal has been rejected by this court.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
