Mr. Prithu Dudhoria .... for Income Tax department This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being husband of private respondent No. 3 being aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent Income Tax authority by contending that the authority is not holding any enquiry against his wife.

On perusal of the writ petition I find that it is not a case where the petitioner's any fundamental right or any legal right has been infringed and there is no justification in intending this Court for invoking constitutional writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the discussion made above I find no merit in this writ petition being WPA 8844 of 2024 and accordingly the same is dismissed.
