It has been earlier submitted by Mr. Arjun Roy Mukherjee, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that the instant appeal may have become infructuous by reason of the fact that most of the respondents have reached the age of superannuation and are taken their retirement benefits.

Since the respondents themselves have stated as such, the impugned order shall stand set aside. 3.

M.A.T. 398 of 2015 is disposed of accordingly. 4.

In view of disposal of the appeal itself, all the pending connected applications are dismissed. 5.

There will be no order as to costs.
