None appears for the petitioner even in the second call. The materials in the case diary suggest that, the petitioner cheated two old ladies who are his paternal aunts. Considering the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1450 of 2023 is dismissed.
