The petitioner has been aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in upholding his prayers for granting permission for filling up the post of nonteaching staff. Mr. Bari, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and submits that the concerned vacant post have already been filled up, during the pendency of the present writ petition.
He further submits that the writ petition has become infructuous due to efflux of time and necessary order be passed accordingly.
Considering the facts as above, this writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
