1. Petitioner has prayed for bail on health grounds.

2. Report is placed on record. Report shows petitioner is suffering from ENT problem. His health condition is not serious or life threatening.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner had been rejected earlier on merits. By order dated 08.09.2023 in CRM (DB) 3401 of 2023, the trial court was directed to conclude trial preferably within two years. The said timeframe has not come to an end. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage either on merits or on the ground of delay in trial.
