Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of the order dated 13th May, 2026 when learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that disputed amount is kept on lien by the State Bank Authority in connection with the account of the petitioner lying in Silpara Branch, State Bank of India, Kolkata.

It is also submitted that excluding lien amount petitioner is being permitted to operate the said account by not tagging the account as debit frozen. 3.

State Bank of India is represented by learned advocates.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

No further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition stands disposed of. 6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if

applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
