The defects have not been cured.

In view thereof, in terms of our earlier order dated 4th January, 2022, the second appeal stands dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 8th July, 2021 and all subsequent orders including the order dated 4th January, 2022.

The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) is directed to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Asansol in connection with Title Suit No.151 of 1986 for information and doing the needful.

The department is directed to communicate this order to learned Registrar Administration (L&OM).
