The petitioners pray for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.245 of 2021, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Additional Court at Diamond Harbour, South 24-Parganas.

From the order sheet, it appears that the suit is not ready as regards service, upon all the defendants.

Under such circumstances, no mandatory order can be passed. However, the learned court is requested to ensure that the suit progresses effectively and is disposed of within a reasonable time, without allowing unnecessary adjournments to the parties.

The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
