1. Let a copy of the application being CRAN 2 of 2025 is supplied to the learned counsel for the State who appears for the State in the application being CRAN 1 of 2025. Let him represent the State in this application. His engagement may be regularized in due course.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. By an order dated 04.04.2024 passed in CRM (A) 1102 of 2024 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and directed to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date. However, this order was not communicated to the petitioners. As soon as the petitioners came to know about the order, they filed the present application for relaxation in the month of May, 2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

4. I am satisfied with the explanation provided for the delay in approaching this Court with a prayer for relaxation. The petitioners want to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and pray for bail forthwith.

5. Considering the above and in the interest of justice, I dispose of these applications by extending the time to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and pray for bail by a fortnight from date. The rest of the order shall remain the same.

6. With these observations and directions, the applications being CRAN 1 of 2025 and CRAN 2 of 2025 are disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
