The petitioner's grievance relates to inaction in respect of an information furnished with the officer-in-charge of Kashipur Police Station on or about 26.03.2023. The petitioner has enclosed the medical documents in support of his contentions.

Let, a copy of the writ petition along with the annexure be submitted before the concerned Deputy Commissioner

of Police. The said Deputy Commissioner would consider whether any cognizable offence has been made out and take steps in accordance with law.

The Deputy Commissioner would communicate to the petitioner the outcome of his decision pursuant to the copy of the writ petition along with the enclosures being submitted within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the writ petition along with the order passed by this Court to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, in charge of Kashipur Police Station within a period of 15 days from date.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8134 of 2023 is disposed of.
