Petitioner seeks quashing of a criminal complaint on the ground that the petitioner was not a partner in the partnership firm when the alleged offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1981 was instituted. 2.

Paragraph 8 at page 5 of the application contains no date on which, the petitioner claims to cease to be partner of the partnership firm.

As on date, there is no material to form an opinion that the petitioner ceased to be a partner when the criminal complaint was instituted.

In such circumstances, we find no ground to interfere in this revisional application.

CRR/1612/2025 is accordingly dismissed.
