We have considered the materials on record. There are materials implicating the petitioner in the murder. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we do not consider it prudent to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
