Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering their submission, this writ petition being WPA 8135 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3/the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Society, Hooghly Range, to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 31st August, 2022 by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
