Mr. Debasis Sur Mr.Angshuman Patra Mr. Suman De ....for the petitioner Mr. Susovan Sengupta Ms. Sanjukta Samanta ..for the State Having gone through the pleadings and upon hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties, this Court is of the view that justice would be sub-served, if the Officer-in-Charge, Nandakumar Police Station keeps a strict vigil in order to ensure the safety of the petitioner. The petitioner is a distressed widow. The police authorities shall see that the petitioner is not unnecessarily harassed or abused by the persons in the locality.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
