The petitioner claims that his appointment as pump operator was unceremoniously terminated in November 2022.

The respondents submit that the State authorities have not engaged the petitioner. He may have been engaged by some agency or contractor under the P.H.E. There is no relationship between the petitioner and the State authorities.

In that view of the matter, reserving any right that the petitioner may have against the concerned agency or contractor, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

The report filed by the State is taken on record. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
