Petitioners are before this Court challenging notice inviting tender dated 3rd July, 2020 issued by respondent no.6, Prodhan of concerned Gram Panchayat. Submission on behalf of State is that there is already direction for the notice to be cancelled. Parties consent to have a declaration of cancellation of the notice, by Court, on this petition.

Impugned notice is declared to have been cancelled.

The writ petition, along with connected, application are disposed of.
