1. This intra court appeal is directed against the interim order passed by the learned Single Bench, in fact, the learned Single Bench thereafter on 11.04.2023 has heard the parties and passed an order as well.

2. Thus, we are not inclined to interfere at this stage with the matter leaving it open to the parties to raise all points in the pending writ petition.

3. With the above observation, the appeal stands disposed of.
