Mr. Mukherjee, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 28th January, 2020 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 28th January, 2020, it is revealed that in the 6th line of the 4th paragraph, the date "01.06.1997", inadvertently typed, be corrected as "6th September, 2014". The other portions of the order dated 28th January, 2020 shall remain the same.
