1. After some arguments the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners has sought permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of conversion granted by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Hooghly dated 30.09.2019.

2. The learned Advocate for the private respondents is directed to hand over a copy of the said order to the learned Advocate for the writ petitioners.

3. In view of this, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order of conversion passed by the BL&LRO, Hooghly in accordance with law.
