On the query of the Court, as to whether there is any post bail misconduct from the part of the private opposite party or not, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner refers to the conduct of the private opposite party prior to grant of anticipatory bail.

State and the private opposite party are represented.

No post bail misconduct being established in course of hearing we find no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted on June 9, 2016.
