Mr. Mukherjee, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 28th January, 2020 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 28th January, 2020, it is revealed that in the 4th paragraph of the 6th line, inadvertently the word "01.01.2013" has been typed instead of the word "02.09.2014". Therefore, the order dated 28th January, 2020 be corrected by deleting the word "01.01.2013"

and by inserting the word "02.09.2014". The other portions of the order dated 28th January, 2020 shall remain the same.

The department is directed to do the needful. (Rajarshi Bhardwaj, J.)
