Petitioners complain that the police are not taking steps with regard to the complaint dated March 3, 2021. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the complaint of the petitioners was registered as FIR and that on conclusion of the investigation, the chargesheet was submitted on March 31, 2020. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that subsequent to March 3, 2021, there were other incidents.

The other incidents are not part of the present writ petition.

In such circumstances, the police taking steps on the complaint, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, further interference by a writ court is not called for.

W.P.A. 9210 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
