Learned advocates for the petitioner, State and the opposite party no.2 are present.

The petitioner approached this Court at a stage when the charge-sheet was filed before the jurisdictional court. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that copies/documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are yet to be received.

Having considered the submissions, I am of the opinion that the petitioner would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in this revisional application before the jurisdictional court/trial court at the stage of consideration of charges. Learned trial court would in accordance with the provisions of law dispose of the application, if preferred under the relevant sections of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1070 of 2021 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
