State of West Bengal Mr. Samarendranath Biswas ..for the petitioners Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Suman De .....For the State The prayer before this Court is for transferring the amount of Rs.6,00,000/- from Treasury of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dakshin Dinajpur to the Circle Project Coordinator, Tapan West Circle, Dakshin Dinajpur. This amount of Rs.6,00,000/- was deposited by the petitioners for showing bonafideness before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court as such they were granted anticipatory bail. This amount would be in the custody of the Chief Judicial Magistrate as a condition of anticipatory bail/bail and a Single Bench by exercising its jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure will not interfere with the proceeding which were presided over and the prayer was allowed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

I find no merits in the application so filed by the petitioners for exercising jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, CRR 1071 of 2021 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
