Petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of police authorities pursuant to the communication of Justice S.P.Talukdar, One Man Committee dated 29.10.2024 addressed to The Director General, CBI, The Director, Directorate of Economic Offences, West Bengal, The SP and Head of Branch, CBI and Deputy General Manager and Recovery Officer, Eastern Regional Office, SEBI.

Since the writ petition relates to Vibgyor Group of Companies and it was directed that the letters dated 15.07.2024 and 26.09.2024 should be

taken into account of the said One Man Committee, I am of the view that this Court has got no jurisdiction to address the issues canvassed in the writ petition as a different classification has been made for issues relating to West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013. Learned advocate for the petitioners intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Learned advocate for the respondents are present.

Accordingly, WPA 8479 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioners are granted liberty to file afresh before the Court having determination.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
