Mr. Debabrata Ray, Ms. Soma Panda, Mr. Soumik Mondal, Ms. Sarbani Mukhopadhyay, Mr. Soura Sarkar ....for the petitioner The writ petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Onda Police Station, Bankura, to investigate into the unnatural death of her brother.

The Bankura and Onda Police Station have submitted their reports before this Court. The same are taken on record.

It appears that due investigation was conducted prior to the petitioner's complaint and thereafter and no foul play was found in the death of the victim.

The petitioner may, if she so chooses, take steps under the Cr. P.C. to deal with the investigation report of the police.

This Court does not find any inaction on the part of the Bankura and Onda Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
