Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ....for the State Petitioner is the owner of a vehicle.

It is claimed by the petitioner that some other person was the power of attorney holder in respect of such vehicle. Apparently, sand was seized along with the vehicle belonging to the petitioner.

The claim of power of attorney is yet to be established. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1455 of 2023 is rejected.
